If you are a parent or a carer and your child has a problem at school, there is a process you should follow to report your concerns directly to the school. If you are unhappy with how your concerns have been addressed you can make a complaint. Hopewell School has a formal complaints policy, copies are available to all parents upon request or accessible via the School Policies section of the school website.
